If you're here buying a gift for someone, it can be difficult to know exactly which print they would like or what style and colors they would choose. A gift certificate is the perfect option in this scenario.
~WHAT YOU RECEIVE~
A 4x8 PDF gift certificate emailed to you that you can print at home and give to the recipient. Folded in half, they fit perfectly inside a sympathy card.
~HOW TO ORDER~
In the “Note to Seller” box on the last page of checkout, please include the following information:
1. The name of the recipient
2. Your name
3. Your email address so I can send you the gift certificate
~THE FINE PRINT~
Gift certificates have no cash value and can only be used towards purchases at www.abeautifulremembrance.com. If the recipient's purchase is less than the amount of the gift certificate, they can shop again in the future. Gift certificates do not expire. If the recipient's purchase is more than the amount of the gift certificate, they will pay the balance.
I happily accept Paypal and credit card payments through Etsy or Paypal.
Your prints will be mailed to you via USPS for prints under 11x14 and Fed Ex for larger prints. Tracking information is available for everything I ship. Need it in a hurry? Overnight shipping is available for an additional $13.
International Customers: Shipping prints internationally is very expensive. I am happy to provide you with a digital file that you can print locally instead.

Full refunds and cancellations can take place before I've spent design time creating your custom piece, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Do to the custom nature of most of my work, I cannot accept returns on custom orders, which is why I communicate with my customers extensively through convos and by sending proofs for your approval to make sure you are happy with your purchase before it is shipped. I cannot refund or exchange products if the customer provides me with incorrect information, so please double check all information and look carefully at each proof. If your item is lost in the mail, I will send another one free of charge. If there is proof of delivery but you cannot find your package, I can send a digital file or discounted reprint in the mail. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately to see how we can work out a solution. Prints that are not personalized may be returned. If there is nothing wrong with the product, return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds are for the cost of the item.

Yes! After your order goes through, you should receive your proof within 3 business days or less. I will attach a digital proof to an Etsy message so you can approve it or make changes before printing. During my busy season, I will post a shop announcement if my turnaround time is significantly longer.
My professional printing lab has regular business hours from Monday to Friday. The turnaround times for production are:
Prints: 1 Day
Photo Mounting Boards: 1 Day
Canvases: 2 Days
3D Standout Mounts: 2-4 Days
Framed Prints: 3 Days
Regular shipping takes 5-7 business days, but I offer overnight shipping if you're in a hurry. Rush charges are also available to speed up production times at the lab. Another great option is to purchase a digital file to print locally. There are many options available! Please send me a message so we can decide on the best way to get your order to you in time.
